Allen "Turtle" Webb

Allen Ray “Turtle” Webb, Jr., 42, died October 28, 2007. He was born in Cabarrus County, NC, the son of Allen Ray Webb, Sr. and Ann Honeycutt Neal. Allen was a 1984 graduate of Central Cabarrus High School. He was a NASCAR fan, especially of Car #24, and a Panther fan. He enjoyed restoring antique cars, spending time in the mountains, and fishing. He dearly loved his son, Travis, and always encouraged organ donation. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 12:30 PM in Hermon Baptist Church, with entombment to follow in Carolina Memorial Park at 3:00 PM. Mr. Webb is survived by his father, Allen R. Webb, Sr. and stepmother Mary Ann Webb of Waxhaw; mother, Ann Neal of Concord; wife, Bonnie Randall Webb of Waxhaw; son, Travis Webb, of the home; step-brothers Frank “Buddy” Neal of Concord, Phillip S. Lemelin of Stanfield; and step-sisters Lynn Marham of Charlotte, Maureen Turner of Chester County, SC.
