Anne Suggs Yarbrough, 94, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025. She was born on January 5, 1931, in Rutherford County, NC, daughter of the late William Walter Suggs and Eula Christy Suggs. She is also preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Billy P Yarbrough.

A funeral service will be held Friday, August 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM in Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall.

Ms. Yarbrough was the mother of two daughters, Karen Ousley of Macon, GA and Sandra Yarbrough of Waxhaw, NC; grandchildren, Matthew Ousley (Katie) of Gray, GA, Alison Baker and Cody Baker (Kate) of Huntersville, NC and Justin Baker (Sharon) of Beckley, WV; and great-grandchildren, Liam Baker, Billie Baker and Caroline Ousley.

Anne was a homemaker and an active member of PVBC where she loved to sing and play the saxophone. She was also a member of her community women’s circle and the Eastern Star Waxhaw Chapter 315.
