Arlie Baucom, 78, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015. He was born May 4, 1937 son to the late John Lena Mae Hinson Baucom. He retired from General Tire Rubber and from Bowie Ford. He was a member of Marshville United Methodist Church and Beaver Dam Masonic Lodge # 276 AF AM. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, November 16, 2015 at Marshville United Methodist Church. Arlie is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Elsie Eason Baucom, son Steve Baucom, daughter Sandy Norris (Tim) all of Monroe, two brothers Kenneth Baucom (Louise) and Hubert Baucom (Janette) of Wingate, three sisters Bonnie Greene (Mitchell) of Monroe, Belinda Deese (David) of Parkland, Fl, and Pat Deese of Monroe, three grandsons Coy Norris (Jessica), Dustin Norris, and Tanner Norris, two great granddaughters Emily Elisha Norris. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 4:30 PM until 6:30 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112.
