Arnold Jay Tracy, 72, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2019 after a courageous battle with ALS. He was born on February 5, 1947 to the late Vincent Tracy and Francis Wolf Tracy. Arnold was a proud Vietnam veteran, having served three years in the army. A service will be held from the graveside with military honors on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 3:00pm at Waxhaw City Cemetery, 111 Arbor Drive, Waxhaw, NC 28173. Funeral services will follow the graveside at 5:00pm on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Tirzah Presbyterian Church, 7507 Tirzah Church Rd, Waxhaw, NC 28173. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Arnold leaves behind his loving wife of 21 years, Elizabeth Tracy, two stepsons and their wives and children; one daughter and her husband and their children, two sons and their wives and their children.
