Barbara Dulin Skipper

Barbara Dulin Skipper, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Ida Dulin of Carbarrus County. Barbara was preceded in death by her high school sweet heart and husband of 58 years, James L. Skipper. She was a homemaker and will be remembered as a loving person always ready to help anyone. She also had a special place in her heart for children of all ages. She is survived by her three children, Freddy Skipper and wife Lisa, of Indian Land SC, Larry Skipper of Hemby Bridge NC and Ann Hasty and her husband Ben of Indian Trail NC, five grandchildren, Heather Skipper, Emily Shapiro and her husband, Adam, Haley Cobb and her husband Richard, Samantha Hasty and Seth Sutton, and three great-grandchildren Landon Shapiro, Mason Cobb and Owen Cobb. A private memorial service will be held for the family. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial be made to the Union County Council of Aging.
