Benjamin "Wayne" Keziah

September 30, 1941 — April 16, 2017

Mr. Benjamin “Wayne” Keziah, 75, of Monroe, N.C. was called home while surrounded by his loving family on April 16, 2017. He was born on Sept. 30, 1941 to the late Benjamin Lewis Keziah and Letha Mae Keziah in Charlotte N.C. He was a long-standing member of Shiloh Baptist Church of Monroe N.C., active member of the Oasis shrine temple, Masonic lodge #244, and Mecklenburg Shrine club. He was also a veteran of the U.S Army 82nd airborne. Wayne is survived by his wife Ann Wray Garrison, and brother Julius and wife ChiChi. Sons, Patrick and wife Carmen, Michael and wife Stephanie, daughter Drema and husband Michael Cunningham, and Kelly Taylor. Six grandchildren Logan, Christopher, Kaitie, Sarah, Bryce, and Riley and one great grandson Jameson. Services will be held Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Shiloh Baptist Church 2301 N. Rocky River Road in Monroe, N.C. officiated by Rev. Ron Hanna and Rev. Todd Daniels. Visitation will be held from 12:30pm-2:30pm with service to follow at 3 o’clock. Burial will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park in Monroe, N.C. with Military Honors and Masonic Rights. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Shiloh Baptist Church along with Donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children 950 West Faris Rd. Greenville, SC 29605.
