Bernice “Bunny” Maxfield Aldrich, 92, of Cleveland, NC passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. She was born in Tunbridge, VT on December 5, 1933, daughter of the late Lesle Ernest Maxfield and Marguerite Dodge Maxfield. She is also preceded in death by her husband Richard Andrew Aldrich, son, Rodney Aldrich, brothers Louis Maxfield, Robert Maxfield and Richard Maxfield, and sister, Betty Frary.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Cleveland Town Park, 300 Clement St, Cleveland, NC 27013. She will be laid to rest privately at Lakeland Memorial Park.

Bunny is survived by son, Craig Aldrich (Beth), two daughters, Laraine Mann (Steve) and Beatrice Moore (Michael), 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Marjory Connelly and Lorna Eaton.
