Betty Dianne Carter, 88, of Wingate, NC passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022. She was born in Union County on August 26, 1933 daughter to the late James Preston and Mary Strawn Hargett. She was also preceded in death by her husband Harold Wallace Carter.

A private graveside service will be held Friday, August 12, 2022 in Lakeland Memorial Park Cemetery.

Dianne is survived by her two sons; Brad Carter and Rick Carter and a sister Jerri Hargett Funderburk.
