Betty Burgess Cauthen, 77, of Lexington, SC, formerly of Monroe, passed away Thursday, September, 14, 2017 at the Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, SC. She was born January 10, 1940 in Union County, a daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson and Bleeker Hegler Burgess. Funeral services for Betty will be held from the graveside Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 11:00AM in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Betty is survived by a son, Robert LaRue of Coconut Creek, FL, two grandchildren, Robert LaRue, Jr., Jennifer LaRue, a great grandson, David Schaffner.
