Betty Greenway Revels, 94, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Shelby, NC on August 11, 1931, daughter to the late Fred Greenway and Bertha Lail Greenway. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Martha Howe.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Lakeview Baptist Church Cemetery, 4602 Concord Highway Monroe, NC 28112.

Betty is survived by her loving husband of 76 years, Pastor P. Ollis Revels of Mt. Pleasant, SC, three daughters, Debbie Dutton (Cary) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Susan O’Dell (Billy) of Rincon, GA, Leslie Revels of Mt. Pleasant, SC, six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and a sister, Pat Gardner.
