Jean Johnson VonCannon, 80, of Monroe, NC passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. She was born in Montgomery County on January 29, 1941, daughter to the late Tom Wilson Johnson and Betty Pauline Thompson Johnson. She is also preceded in death by her husband Larry Dean VonCannon. An outdoor funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Mill Creek Baptist Church, 5417 Morgan Mill Road, Monroe, NC 28110. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Jean is survived by her sons, Terry VonCannon (Kim) of Charlotte and Tommy VonCannon (Pete) of Atlanta; daughter, Kristy VonCannon Brannock (Jody) of Wesley Chapel, sister, Shelia Johnson Gaddy, (Calvin) of Mt. Gilead, and two grandchildren, Zachary VonCannon and Aaron Brannock.
