Beverly Lett

Beverly Bechert Lett, 87, of Waxhaw, NC passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023. She was born in Stamford, CT daughter of the late Fred J. Bechert and Emita d’Costa Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her infant brother, Fred Bechert, brothers, Bob Bechert, Jim Bechert, and Tom Bechert; and sister, Nancy Cross.

Beverly resided in Stamford, CT for 23 years prior to relocating to Waxhaw, NC where she resided for 51 years. Beverly was an active member of the Banks Presbyterian Church, Waxhaw, NC, the Waxhaw Women’s Club, the Banks Woman’s Group, and Knit Wits at the YMCA.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Banks Presbyterian Church, 10012 New Town Rd, Waxhaw, NC 28173. A Reception will follow the service in the church fellowship hall.

Beverly is survived by her husband of 66 years, Scott E. Lett; son, Scott F. Lett, and wife, Kenzia; daughter, Beverly L. Gagnon, and husband, Jack; three grandchildren, Carly Allman, Helen Salvaterra, and Jack Gagnon; and two great-grandchildren, Abby Allman, and Max Allman.
