Bill Ormand Medlin

James “Bill” Ormand Medlin, 89 passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018. He was born September 17, 1928 in Union County, NC son to the late James Lula Griffin Medlin. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, June 8, 2018 at Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Sandy Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Bill is survived by his son Rex Medlin, wife Cindy, of Locust, three grandchildren, Darryl Medlin, wife Kristal, of Pensacola Fl, Clint Medlin, wife Amy, of Monroe, and Melynn Medlin of Locust, and nine great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112.
