Billie Crooke Elliott, 79, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016. She was born in Union County, NC on June 11, 1936 daughter of the late Eustace Leonard and Margaret Lucille Richardson Crooke. A graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 4, 2016 at Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the service. Mrs. Elliott is survived by a sister, Kay Wade, sister-in-laws, Myrtle Benton and Fran Crooke, nephews, William Wade, Tom Crooke, Jr. and John Crooke and a niece, Angela Wade Simpson.
