Bobby Erskine Couick

Bobby E. Couick, 87, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021. He was born January 22, 1934 in Union County, NC son of the late Gideon Odell & Carrie Sims Couick. He is also preceded in death by his wife Mickey Lucille Couick, and a son Buddy Couick. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Howie Baptist Church, 6401 Howie Mine Church Road, Waxhaw NC 28173. He is survived by a son Wayne Couick, wife Tammy, two daughters: Ann Watson, husband Gary, and Tammy Robinson, husband Keith, all of Waxhaw, two sisters: Irene Guion of Matthews, and Joyce Hedgepath of Polkton, nine grandchildren, and twenty two great grandchildren. Bobby was an avid fisherman and hunter, he enjoyed drag racing, loved to cook, and was known by some as “The Pie Man”. He was a caregiver to his family and friends that he loved so much.. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
