Brenda Jean King-Pappas

Brenda Jean King-Pappas, 68 of Monroe, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2021. She was born September 14, 1952 in Pasadena, CA a daughter of the late Joseph David and Helen Alig Carpenter. Brenda worked in the banking industry in Los Angeles, California area, starting as a Teller and advancing to a Vice President of Finance. She owned multiple business with her husband Shane. She finished her career as a Clerk with the United States Postal Service. She and her husband located to the Union County area in 2019. Funeral services will be private. Brenda is survived by her husband of 39 years, Shane Pappas, a son Daniel Joseph King and his wife Denise of Pineville, NC, a sister, Patricia Jacobson of Los Angeles, CA and her dog, Maulie.
