Brian O’Neal Pigg

Brian O’Neal Pigg, 44, died Sunday, June 15, 2008 at CMC-Union. Brian was born in Union County, NC November 16, 1963. Brian was preceded in death by his father Hall Wilson Pigg, and one brother Hall Wilson Pigg, Jr. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 11:00AM in Beulah Presbyterian Church Cemetery 8305 Lansford Road Monroe NC 28112. Brian was survived by his mother Lucy Bigham Pigg, one bother Rick Pigg (wife) Denise, two nieces Carrie, and Kelly Pigg all of Monroe, two aunts Polly Moser of Mooresville NC, Judy Pressley of Wingate NC, five uncles Neal Bigham of Chesterfield VA, Bill Bigham of Petersburg VA, George Bigham of Waxhaw, Jim Bigham of Ground Mills NJ, and Chico Bigham of Tucson AR. Brain had many friends and enjoyed meeting people though out his life; some of his most special friends were his football team mates from Forest Hills High School were he finished in 1982. After high school he studied for many years at different colleges Western Carolina, Wingate University, Broward Community College, and he graduated from East Carolina, and he also attended Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. With his many years of education it allowed him to start his own company known as Projects by Design were he designed homes, and worked closely with his brother Rick on many projects, and he also served in the National Guard. The family wishes to express special thanks to all nurses and doctors that helped make his life more comfortable over the past years. The family will receive friends on Tuesday June 17, 2008 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Gordon Funeral Cremation Service 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe NC.
