Buddy Erskine Couick

Buddy Erskine Couick, 39, died Tuesday, August 7, 2007. He was born in Union County, NC son of Bobby Erskine Couick and the late Mickey Furr Couick. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 10, 2007 at 6:00 PM in the Gordon Funeral Chapel. He was preceded in death by his mother, half-brother, Randy Hopkins and a grandson, Noah Mickey Clarke. Buddy is survived by his father, Bobby Erskine Couick of Waxhaw, wife, Kim Davis Couick, of Monroe, son, James Gideon Couick of Monroe, daughter, Keisha Marie Clarke and her husband Matthew of Wadesboro, NC; brother, Wayne Couick of Waxhaw, sisters, Tammy Robinson and Ann Watson, both of Waxhaw, step-daughter, Kimberly Dawn Hatchell of Badin, and half-sister, Jane Grubb of Eden. The family will receive friends at Gordon Funeral Cremation Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe from 4:00 until 5:45 Friday prior to the service.
