Carl James Stevens, 60, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016. He was born in Mahoning County, Ohio on April 4, 1956, son of Martha Thompson Stevens and the late Carl James Stevens. There will be no funeral services. In addition to his mother, Mr. Stevens is survived by his wife, Paula Oliver Stevens of Monroe; daughters, Hannah Stevens of St. Louis MO and Kaitlin Stevens of Charlotte; sisters, Karen Petrey of Summersville, WV and Patti Fox of Cambridge, OH; eight nieces and four nephews.
