Carol Ann (Fink) Briggs

Carol Ann Briggs, 68, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018. She was born June 20, 1950 in Ilion, New York, daughter of the late John and Kathryn Bauder Fink. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. She is survived by her loving husband Gerald Francis Briggs, her daughter Sara Redmond, husband, Kerry, and two grandchildren, Hannah and Aiden, a step-granddaughter Amanda. Mrs. Briggs had a love for crafts, sewing, needlepointing, and in doing so she used her talents to create her own master pieces to share with others for them to enjoy. She was also a person that was adamant about doing things the correct way; some may refer to as the “Old Ways” but she wanted these traits instilled in her grandchildren and she done her part in teaching them those in many areas of life.
