Carolyn Aycoth Autry

Carolyn Aycoth Autry, 65, died Friday, May 30, 2008. She was born November 3, 1942, daughter of Clarence Lee and Ruby Lee Hinson Aycoth. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 1, 2008 at 3:00 PM in New Hope United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Mrs. Autry is survived by her husband, Gene Autry of Monroe; a son, Jimmy Deese and wife Teresa of Marshville; a daughter, Sherry Medlin and husband Tommy of Monroe; step-son Darien Autry of Monroe; step-daughter Melinda Pressley and husband Tony of Monroe; sisters Hilda Rollins and husband Ray, Linda Richardson and husband Jimmy, and Debra Martin, all of Monroe; twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family will visit with friends Saturday, May 31, 2008 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC 28112.
