Charles Ervin Baker

Charles Ervin Baker, 78, of Pageland, SC passed away Friday, January 3, 2020. He was born in Lancaster County on July 16,1941 to the late Fred Baker and Luzetta Baker Cooper. He was also preceded in death by three brothers; Hazel Baker, Jerry Baker and Gary Cooper sister, Wanda Cooper. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am Monday, January 6, 2020 at Wolf Pond Baptist Church, 78 Wolf Pond Church Road, Pageland, SC 29728. The family will visit with friends and relatives following the service in the church fellowship hall. Charles is survived by his wife of 58 years Kathleen Doster Baker, son Doug Baker (Susie), daughter Kimberly Dawn Baker, all of Pageland. Three brothers; Grady Baker of Lancaster, Chuck Cooper (Glenda), Wayne Cooper (Dot) all of Texas, two sisters; Elaine Baker (Tommy) and Janice Walker (Donald) all of Lancaster, two grandchildren; Brandon Adcock and Branson Adcock, as well as many nieces and nephews. He worked for Springs Industries for 44 years, retiring in 2005. He was a Member of Wolf Pond Baptist Church.
