Charles Gordon

Charles Hyman Gordon, 77, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2012 at Hospice House of Union County. Mr. Gordon was born on April 9, 1935 to the late Mattie Delmar Chapman and Charlie Lee Gordon. He was also preceded in death by his wife Ocie Ivey Gordon. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 11:00 am at Lakeland Memorial Park. A visitation will be held at Gordon Funeral Service from 10:00 until 10:45 am. Mr. Gordon is survived by his children Catherine Elizabeth Gordon Luebbert of Sumter SC, Kim Kinard Lohmeier and husband Larry of LaFayette, Ind.; Harry P. Kinard Jr. of Columbia SC, Michael P. Kinard and wife Nora of Monroe NC; and brother Joe L. Gordon and wife Kay of Clover SC; grandchildren Macie and Mary Ellis Luebbert, Brian, Anna, and David Kinard, and 4 great grandchildren; nieces Jennifer Johnson, Sherer Hopkins; and nephew John Gordon.
