Charles William Maxwell, 61, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2014. He was born October 23, 1952 in Mahoning County, OH, son of the late Charles William and Valerie Rogers Maxwell. A memorial service will be Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Mr. Maxwell’s home. Mr. Maxwell is survived by two daughters, Meghan Thorne and Holly Maxwell, both of Flowery Branch, GA.
