Charles Neal Tarlton MONROE - Charles Neal Tarlton, 85, passed away, August 26, 2013. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 29, 2013, 2:00 PM at Mountain Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park.
