Charlie Faulkenbury

Charlie Faulkenbury, 86, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2009. He was born in Union County, NC, September 7, 1922 son of the late Robert and Augnus McCray Faulkenbury. He was preceded in death by his first wife Elvie Faulkenbury, second wife Maxine Gordon Faulkenbury, three sons, Charlie Faulkenbury, Robert Faulkenbury, Richard Faulkenbury, and one sister, Ollie Faulkenbury Boone. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Charlie is survived by three brothers, Clarence Faulkenbury, Albert Faulkenbury both of Fort Mill, SC, Frank Faulkenbury, of Pageland, SC, 7 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. The family received friends Monday, March 16, 2009 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, 3530 Hwy. 601 N., Pageland, SC 29728.
