Cherri (Rollins) Kenyon

Cherri Rollins Kenyon, 63, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012. She was born September 30, 1948, daughter of the late Thomas Eli Emily Grovine Curlee Rollins. She is also preceded in death by her husband George Alvin Kenyon. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 2:00 PM in Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Griffin Cemetery. Mrs. Kenyon is survived by a son Shane Parks of Marshville, a daughter Tracy Parks Johnson of Charlotte, sisters-in-law Ann Dora Rollins of Monroe, Kate (Chris) Proffitt, four grandchildren, Dustin Johnson, Brendon Cranor, Emily Parks and Isabella Parks. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 3, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112.
