Cheryl Darlene Young Carr, 74, of Indian Trail, NC passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022. She was born in Montgomery, WV, on September 19, 1947 daughter to the late Charles Luther and Beatrice Castle Young. She is also preceded in death by her husband Charles Edward Carr, as well as her two sisters; Drema Gaye Young and Claudette Young Hinkle, brother Charles “Sammy” Edward Young.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Simons and Coleman Funeral Home, 12 Railroad, Ave, Richwood, West Virginia, 26261.Burial to follow in West Virginia Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her son Terry Lee Carr, daughter Lisa Renae Carr, brother Jake Young, two sisters; Lavonna Anderson and Faye Harding, grandchild Vileas Renae Carr.

The family will receive friends from 6:00PM until 9:00PM, On Monday, June 27, 2022 at Simons and Coleman Funeral Home.
