Clara Jaeger Carran

Waxhaw, NC Clara Jaeger Carran, 94, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2012. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 17, 1918 daughter of the late Phillip Smith and Florence Tiffany Jaeger. Clara was a graduate of Shaker Heights High School and attended Cleveland School of Art. Mrs. Carran was a former secretary for St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in North Myrtle Beach, SC, where she was also a member and served on the Alter Guild. She was a member of the Surf Golf Beach Club, where she enjoyed playing golf. Mrs. Carran is survived by two daughters, Frances L. Carran and Elizabeth C. Carran, grandchildren, Matthew P. Littleton and wife Kara and Tiffany L. Littleton, three great grandchildren, Owen, Gabriel and Luke Littleton. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
