Clara Mae Price Wooten

Clara Mae Price Wooten, 95, of Monroe, NC passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. She was born in Union County, NC on December 14, 1928 daughter to the late Kern Neal Price and Etta Arilla Helms Price. She is also preceded in death by her siblings, William Neal Price, James Whiteford Price, Charles Robert Price, Marvin Pruitt Price, Harold Lee Price, Mildred Odessa P. Helms, Sadie Pauline P. Wiggins, Hazel Elizabeth P. Mason, and Jannie Loretta Price.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 12, 2024 in the chapel of Gordon Funeral Service and Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112, with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at Gordon Funeral Service.

Clara is survived by her daughter Peggy Taylor (Dicky), two grandchildren, Ricky Taylor (Amy Hartis),

Ryan Taylor (Hannah); and three great-grandchildren, Riley Taylor, Hadley Taylor, and Leni Taylor; as well as one sister Mary Lucille Price Helms.
