Curtis Marvin Griffith, 84, passed away Friday, July 31, 2026. He was born January 5, 1942, in Mecklenburg County, NC son of the late Jennings & Jessie Davis Griffith, he is also preceded in death by his son Mark Griffith, and a sister Ann Williams.

Curtis was a Christian and was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church of Mint Hill for the past 39 years where he and Sandra loved to worship together.

Funeral services will be held 2:00, Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Faith Baptist Church, 6840 Wilson Grove Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends & family prior to the service from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM in the sanctuary.

Curtis is survived by his loving wife Sandra Stegall Griffith of 58 ½ years, his son Ben Griffith and wife Amy, two brothers, Jimmy Griffith and Larry Griffith, six grandsons, Seth Griffith and wife Hali, Chris Griffith and wife Leah, Josh Griffith, Caleb Griffith and wife Amber, Eli Griffith, and Luke Griffith, four great grandchildren, Noah Griffith, Adyn Griffith, Micah Griffith, and Ezra Griffith arriving in September 2026.
