Curtis Junior Brucke, 68, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2017. He was born in Pickens County on May 13, 1949, son of the late Mack McClure and Lucille McCall Brucke. He is also preceded in death by his first wife; Mary Elaine Brucke. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Canaan Baptist Church, 1924 Old Pageland-Monroe Rd. Monroe NC 28112. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 AM until 11:45 AM. Burial will follow in Beulah Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Curtis is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Brucke, son; Nathan Brucke of Gaffney SC, two daughters; Tammy Long of Winston Salem and Crissy Hildabrand of Simpsonville SC, step-son; Michael Armstrong of Monroe and his step-daughter; Crystal Turner of Marshville, four brothers; Kenneth Brucke, Eddie Brucke, Calvin Brucke, and Roy Brucke, two sisters; Shelby Mahaffey and Maxine Penry, and ten grandchildren.
