Cynthia Jean Howey, 61, of Concord, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018. She was born January 11, 1957 in Union County a daughter of Olin Samuel Howey and the late Jean Griffin Howey. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Olin Samuel Howey, Jr. Cynthia worked in the Retail Industry. Funeral services will be 11AM Tuesday, November 27, 2018 in the Gordon Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Michael Scott officiating , burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 10:45AM Tuesday at the funeral home. Cynthia is survived by her father, Olin Samuel Howey, a nephew, a great-nephew. 2 aunts and several cousins.
