Cynthia Garris Wesenberg, 61, of Lancaster, SC passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 10, 2023. She was born in Pageland, SC on February 7, 1962, daughter to the late Ralph Garris and Patsy Whitaker Garris. She is also preceded in death by her first husband Thomas Earl and second husband Steven Wesenburg, brother Mickey Garris, and a grandchild Lilly Haile.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 14, 2023, in Gordon Funeral Service Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112, with a burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Gordon Funeral Service and Crematory.

Cynthia is survived by her two daughters, Jessica Pelot (Matthew Bailey) and Sarah Haile (Danny Thomas), brother, Justin McKnight, and two sisters, Phyllis Ivey (Clyde), and Brigette Rainey (Bobby) and nine grandchildren, Christian Pelot, Baylie Pelot, Dakota Pelot, Xavien Bailey, Saphira Pelot, Adalynn Haile, John-Luke Haile, Mason Haile, and Kieran Bailey and two great-grandchildren, Franklynn Pelot and Gus Pelot.
