Daniel Jason Godfrey, 43, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 11, 2021. He is the son of Howard Eugene “Pete” Godfrey and Donna Burnett Godfrey. A memorial service will be held at 1:30PM Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Church, 2518 Lancaster Hwy. Monroe, NC 28112, conducted by Rev. Eddie Price. Daniel worked in the family owned business, Pete’s Garage. He also loved nature and spending time outdoors. In addition to his parents, Daniel is survived by his sister Carol Elliott ( Shawn) of Mooresville and one niece Sheridan Elliott.
