Daniel Lee Simcox, 49, passed away October 9, 2020. He was born December 10, 1970 in Piney Flats, TN son of the late Allen Knox & Clara Lawson Simcox. He is also preceded in death by a brother Allen Wayne Simcox. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, Lee Park Church, 2491 Morgan Mill Road, Monroe, NC 28110. The family asks that those in attendance please practice social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering for protection. There will not be any formal visitation prior or following the service. He is survived by his wife Angie Jones, two sons; Leighton Simcox, and Noel Simcox, a daughter Madelyn Simcox, two brothers; Greg Simcox, and Jeff Simcox, three sisters; Ivy Smith, Reba Luttrell, and Tonya Todd, four grandchildren, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law Ed & Frances Jones.
