Daniel “Danny” Williams, 64, of Monroe, NC, passed away Friday December 9, 2016. He was born May 4, 1952 in Union County a son of the late Houston Williams and Hazel H. Price and step-father Bill Price. Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Saturday December 17, 2016 at Lakeview Baptist Church with the Reverends Steve Jirgal and Don Lisk officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeview Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00am to 12:45pm at the Church. Danny is survived by his wife Kathryn Bradshaw Williams, a daughter, Danielle “Dee Dee” Hatley and her husband Brian, a sister Patricia Kiker and her husband Butch, and two grandchildren, Nicholas and Dillon Hatley.
