David Lee Poplin, 53, of Monroe, NC passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023. He was born in Cabarrus County, NC on October 24, 1970. He is preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Collins.

David was a very devoted father and husband. He enjoyed drag racing motorcycles, painting cars, anything technological, and spending time with his family.

David is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Tammi L. Poplin: son, Brandon Poplin and daughter, Angelle Poplin and his father, Jerry Poplin and his sister, Glenda Daniel.

A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
