Deborah Sossomon Mccomb

Deborah Sossomon McComb, 62, of Monroe, NC passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021. She was born in Mecklenburg County on December 31, 1958 daughter to Margaret Manus Sossoman and the late Pastor Kenneth Sossomon. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, 2524 Stack Rd, Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends following the service. Deborah is survived by her husband of 18 years Shawn Patrick McComb, four daughters, Kristina Long, Nichole Long, Amber Anderson and Shyann Anderson, brother Kenny Sossoman, five grandchildren, Haley Locklear, Briana Locklear, Alexis Long, Myles Anderson and Margaret Gibson. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Mount Pleasant Baptist Church.
