Mrs. Deborah Jane White Rudy, 72, of Monroe, NC passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. She was born in Westchester County, New York on November 1, 1952, daughter to the late Warren White and Jane Coppinger White. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph George Rudy, as well as her brother, Thomas White.

The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until 4:00PM on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Gordon Funeral Service and Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.

She worked tirelessly with Ava’s Thrift Store, which donated within the community. She spent years donating her time and talents. She also volunteered with the Humane Society of Union County. She was very artistic with creating resin Santa’s, stained glass, and quilting. Donating many of her creations. As a teenager she was a Rainbow Girl, then as a young adult she worked with Bahakel Communications that was responsible for bringing Charlotte Hornets Basketball to Charlotte.

Deborah is survived by her son, Ben Rudy (Tiffany Green), two adopted sons, Randal Hasty and Lee Hasty, brother, Warren White, sister, Susan Barnett and adopted sister, Gail Lonergan.
