Funeral services will be held Friday, August 14, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Corinth Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Mrs. Spittle is survived by her husband, Kenny Spittle, daughter, Alison White Hurst and husband Russell of Mint Hill, brothers, Eddie Smith and Rob Smith, both of Monroe, sister, Frances Smith Seymour of Waxhaw. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at Gordon Funeral Cremation Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112.
