Dillon Anthony Glock, age 18, passed away on February 9, 2025. Born in Charlotte, NC on January 23, 2007, he was the son of Lynette Donato Yedowitz and Brian Glock.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Gianina “GiGi” D’Attoma; his mother and stepfather, Lynette & Jason Yedowitz of Monroe; his father and stepmother, Brian & Shelby Glock of Waxhaw; three brothers, Tanner Glock and his fiancé Mundy of Columbia, SC, Cory Yedowitz and his fiancé Natalie, and their son Theo of Mint Hill, and Aaron Yedowitz of Monroe; two sisters, Brianna Glock of Charlotte and Marissa Glock of Monroe; maternal grandparents, Linda and Ed Aycoth, Lucy Donato, Linda Yedowitz, Donna Howard Ginn; and paternal grandparents, Jane Roberts and Kim and Kinley Morris.
Dillon is also survived by his Uncle Phil Donato (Shannon) of Monroe and their children, Courtney and her son Hunter, Nataley, Micheal and Kelsey; his Aunt Carol Lane and her son Thomas; his Uncle Richie Kranenburg (Nanette) of Ham Lake, MN and their children Jaden, Olivia, Ahlena & Alex Manthei and their son Bentley, Stephanie & Kevin Cabrera and their children Wesley, William and Olivia; his Uncle Will Roberts (Tara) of Charlotte and their children Liam and Emma; his Aunt Annette Dimuro of Highland NY; his Uncle Jeremiah Yedowitz and his son Jordan of Lincolnton NC; and his Uncle Keith Morris of Charlotte NC.
Dillon was a prime example of living life to the fullest while also serving the Lord. Dillon spent his life riding his motorcycle, weightlifting, partaking in watersports, snowboarding, working on his truck (“BBG”), and spending time with his girlfriend, family, and friends. He was known for his nonchalant, artistic, and spontaneous nature. Dillon always lit up the room with his love and humor. He was an autotech student at CATA who graduated early, with future plans of working with his dad at Striping Concepts and an end goal of owning his own auto body shop. His closest family and friends will forever use him as inspiration to live life carefree and ambitiously.
A memorial service to celebrate Dillon’s life will be held Sunday, February 16th at 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Indian Trail, 732 Indian Trail Fairview Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079.
