Donald Gene Privett MONROE - Donald Gene Privett, 76, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013. He was born in Charlotte, NC on April 12, 1937 son of the late Velma Privett. Mr. Privett was a retired US Air Force veteran and also retired from Carolinas Health Care System. A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 11:00 AM in Lakeland Memorial Park. Mr. Privett was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn M. Privett. He is survived by his daughters, Teresa Deese and husband Jimmy of Marshville and Michelle Taylor and husband Joe of Lancaster, SC, grandson, Joseph Deese and wife Katie and their son, Aiden of Ft. Gordan, GA, grandson, Austin Taylor of Lancaster, SC, granddaughters, Katherine Deese of Marshville and Colby Taylor of Lancaster, SC.
