Mrs. Donna Outen Jenkins, 67, of Locust, NC passed away Wednesday. April 8, 2020. She was born in Mecklenburg County on November 18, 1952. She is preceded in death by her father William “Bill” Outen, husband John “Dan” Jenkins, and brother William Fredrickson Outen. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date to celebrate Donna’s life. Donna is survived by her mother Peggy Spears, brother Thom Outen, stepson Joseph Jenkins, niece Carey Outen, nephew Jason Outen as well as several great nieces and nephews.
