Obituary
Doris Ann Richardson, 80, of Lancaster, SC, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025. She was born in Union County, NC on November 11, 1944, daughter to the late John Richardson and Sucthell Brooks Richarson. She is also preceded in death by her son Randy Richardson, three brothers, James Richardson, Floyd Richardson, and Kenneth Richardson, sister, Janice Lavern Hood.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 12, 2025, in the Chapel of Gordon Funeral Service, with Pastor Bill Sullivan officiating, burial to follow in Monroe City Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:30 AM until 12:45 PM at Gordon Funeral Service and Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.
Doris is survived by her two brothers, Looie Richardson and Larry Richardson, two sisters, Johnnie Mae Reid and Peggy Redfern.
