Dorothy Frances Stephens, 83, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011. She was born in Smith County, Tennessee on April 16, 1928 daughter of the late Frank and Mallie Sircy Kirby. Mrs. Stephens is survived by sons, Jerry Stephens of Salisbury, Gary and Keith Stephens, both of Waxhaw, brother, William Kirby of Tennessee, 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
