Mrs. Dorothy Cochrell Williams 72, passed away October 14, 2011. She was a native of Union County born November 11, 1938, daughter of the late James Louis Cochrell and Etta Council Rone Cochrell. Funeral services will be Monday October 17th at 2:00 PM in the Gordon Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in the Waxhaw Baptist Church Cemetery. She is survived by her sons; Brad Williams of Lancaster and Tim Williams of Waxhaw. Daughters; Janice Pressley of Wingate and Ann McCray of Waxhaw. Sister; Iris Davis of Charlotte, also 7 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends and relatives from 12:30 until 1:45 PM at the funeral home prior to service time.
