Douglas Fowler INDIAN TRAIL - Douglas Doug Fowler, 63, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at home on Saturday, May 18, 2013. He was born in Union County, June 4, 1949, son to the late Winfred V. and Kathryn Thomason Fowler. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, with entombment to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. He is survived by his wife, Donna Fowler; a son, Brent Fowler and wife Lisa of Monroe; a daughter, Andrea Fowler Smith and husband Eric of Indian Trail; two brothers, Mike Fowler and wife Cynthia, Ron Fowler and wife Catherine; and a sister, Cathy Pressley and husband Ken, all of Monroe. He was a wonderful Paw-Paw and adored his four grandchildren Bryce, Kendall, Rayleigh, and Trace. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 20, 2013, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112.
