Edward Pinyan

Edward “Ed” Pinyan, 66, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2016. He was born in Union County, NC on November 15, 1949 son of the late Perry and Essie Pinyan. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 16, 2016, from 10:30 until 11:00 AM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112 followed by the memorial service in the Gordon Funeral Chapel. Mr. Pinyan is survived by his wife, Sadie Hitt Pinyan, sisters, Ruby Funderburk, Madeline Plummer, Daphane Craig and Peggy White, step-son, Richard Hitt and wife Carol, step-daughter, Nancy Miller and husband Billy, step-grandchildren, Sarah, Brittany, Eric and wife Jennifer.
