Elaine Hunt Speer, 73, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018. She was born November 15, 1944 in Wilmington, NC daughter to the late Ralph Clair Phyllis Boyer Hunt. She is also preceded in death by a brother Ralph Craig Hunt. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 12, 2018 in Gordon Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. She is survived by her loving husband Lawrence William Speer, Jr., son Gregory Speer of Charlotte, a daughter Jennifer Speer of Richmond VA, a sister Carolyn Burks of Kinston, NC, and two grandchildren, Nicholas and Lauren.
